Red Quinoa, squash, zucchini and grilled chicken (9 months)
Quinoa is a complete protein containing all of the essential amino acids combined with the grilled chicken Franki will be building strong bones, muscles, skin, and blood! I love my greens so I added the squash and zucchini which are a good source of Thiamin, Niacin and Pantothenic Acid, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber.
